Josefa Llanes Escoda, the founder of the Girls Scouts of the Philippines (GSP), once said, “I have acted as guarantors not only for the sake of humanity but also to encourage them to fight again. If you happen to survive and I fail, tell our people that the women of the Philippines did their part also in making the ember sparks of truth and liberty alive till the last moment.”
Pasay City National Science High School held the city-wide GSP Investiture Ceremony for the Senior and Cadet Scouts on January 27, 2026. The event started with the entrance of colors led by selected Girl Scouts.
