Delegates from Le Compendium and The Quantum attended Forte: Homecoming, the sixth concert of the Philippine Philharmonic Orchestra’s (PPO) 40th Concert Season.
Held yesterday at the Samsung Performing Arts Theater, the event showcased the brilliance of the PPO under the baton of Grzegorz Nowak, with featured performances by Diomedes Saraza Jr. (violin) and Rowena Arrieta (piano).
The concert was a celebration of the 35th anniversary of Lithuania’s independence restoration and the 150th birth anniversary of Mikalojus Konstantinas Čiurlionis, a Lithuanian artist and composer.
Attendees were treated to a night of masterful orchestral renditions, highlighting the intersection of music, culture, and history.
