Isinagawa ang seremonya ng parangal para sa mga nagwaging dibisyon sa Regional Science and Technology Fair (RSTF) 2025, na may temang “Harnessing the Unknown: Powering the Future Through Science and Innovation” sa Alejandro Albert Elementary School, Manila nitong ikawalo ng Nobyembre.

 

Dinaluhan ito nina, Gng. Shannen Dorothy Gomez, tagapagsanay ng baitang 11, Bb. Shiella Mae Narzoles, tagapagsanay ng baitang 10, at Gng. Rosalida Sinsuan, puno ng Kagawaran ng Agham.

 

Pormal na sinimulan ang programa sa pamamagitan ng pagbabahagi ng mga salitang-aral ni Dr. Ronald Vincent Salva, Public Schools District Supervisor at OIC ng Office of Curriculum Implementation Division.

 

“These medals are not called metal; they are forged stars you have reached from the furnace of effort. One promise that your breakthrough today, that one day, it can light a thousand homes, heal a wounded reef, or cold algorithm that freezes a hungry child. Every prototype you cradled here is a bridge you are building between dream and various cities, between laboratory and legacy to the teachers, coaches, supervisors, and organizers,” ani Dr. Salva.

 

Unang ginawaran ng parangal ang mga Partners, Top 5 Best Shoutout, Top 5 Best Poster, at Best Display Board kung saan nasungkit ng Lungsod ng Pasay ang ikaapat na pwesto sa best display board sa SIE Team Category, Physical Science Individual Category, Life Science Team Category, at RIM Team Category.

 

Sinundan nito ng RSTF Challenge na pinangunahan ni Bb. Micah G. Pacheco, OIC-Chief of Curriculum and Learning Management Division.

 

“Go forth and continue to harness the unknown, be the power that fuels progress, be the generation that turns challenges into opportunities, and knowledge into solutions. Let your passion for science, mathematics, and innovations light the way toward a warm, resilient, sustainable, and empowered future for all. The 2025 RSTF concludes, but your journey as a young Filipino innovator has just begun,” ani Bb. Pacheco.

 

Matapos nito ay iginawad ang Minor Awards, Top 5 Lourdes Choice Awards, at ang Best Presenters kung saan muling nagwagi ang Lungsod ng Pasay sa kategorya ng Life Science Individual at Physical Science Individual.

 

Binigyang parangal din ang Top 5 Winners per Category.

“Matagumpay at kapana-nabik ang Regional Science and Technology Fair para sa akin ngayong taon na pinamunuan ng SDO Manila. Kitang-kita ang husay at galing ng mga kalahok sa iba’t ibang Research Categories na siya namang inabangan ng lahat at hindi maitatanggi na hindi nagpahuli sa husay at galing ang mga representative ng Pasay. Napakaganda ng naging resulta ng kompetisyon dahil bawat lungsod ay nagkaroon ng karangalan sa iba’t ibang klase ng awards. Nanalo ng Best Project Board, Best Presenter at Best Projects ang mga student researchers ng PCNSciHS. Nagpapasalamat ako nang lubos sa Panginoon sa mga karangalan na natanggap ng mga student researchers. Hindi ito magiging posible kung walang suporta galing sa kanilang mga magulang, school admin headed by Dr. Mark Anthony Familaran, school faculty lalo na ang Science Department headed by Mrs. Rosalida Sinsuan, pati na rin ang community researchers ng Pasay City National Science High School.” ani Gng. Gomez, tagapagsanay.

 

“Siguro for this years RSTF, mas konti yung participants natin from the school kaya mas naka focus, and masasabi ko na medyo maganda naman at mas nahigitan natin yung mga awards na nakuha natin last year. Speaking of last year’s awards, mas maganda yung results natin ngayon, mas mataas at mas maraming bagong awards tayong natanggap na hindi naman natin naaabot o nakukuha from the past RSTF. Overall, masaya at puno ng panibagong aral at kwento ang RSTF ngayong taon.” ani Bb. Narzoles, tagapagsanay.
