In celebration of National Women’s Month, Pasay City National Science High School held the culminating activity under the theme “Pagsibol ng Lila: Women’s Month Velebration” at the school gymnasium on March 18, 2026.

 

The program formally opened with the Girl Scouts of the Philippines leading the Entrance of Colors, followed by preliminary activities that set the tone for the celebration.

#LeadLikeHer runway show was conducted where students confidently showcased their interpretations of influential female leaders and empowering ideals.

 

Principal II Dr. Mark Anthony Familaran delivered the welcome remarks, emphasizing the importance of equality, saying, “Regardless of gender, we should all be equal here. Everyone must be given the opportunity to showcase their talents.”

 

Following an intermission number and an interview segment, the JUANAKnows Best Quiz Bee was conducted, where participants demonstrated their knowledge and awareness of women’s issues, leadership, and empowerment.

 

Galaw Siyensa, together with Orange Alcaraz and Haylee Mangundayao, led the second intermission number. This was followed by the awarding of winners from the various competitions held throughout the month of March.

 

Yelena Fabricante, Prisma President, led the pledge, which was followed by the closing remarks of Ms. Joanna Luciano, Prisma Adviser. The event formally concluded with the Exit of Colors and a photo opportunity.
